Where do you ship from and which couriers do you use?
We ship from the UK via Royal Mail. You’ll see available options and prices at checkout, and we’ll email tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most UK orders ship within 1 working day and then follow the courier’s standard delivery timeframes, typically being 48 hours. You’ll receive tracking updates by email.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re expanding our reach. If your country isn’t available at checkout, drop us a message and we’ll try to help.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact us straight away — we’ll do our best to catch it before it leaves the warehouse.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
Who pays for return postage?
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get a different size/colour is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Where stock permits, we may also be able to arrange a like‑for‑like swap just contact support.
Are any items non‑returnable?
Gift cards are non‑returnable. If your item is faulty, please contact us with photos and your order number so we can put things right.
PRODUCTS, SIZING & CARE
How do your products fit?
Fit notes and a size guide are available on each product page. If you’re between sizes or buying as a gift, our team can help with personalised advice, just ask.
How do I care for my Koi Golf gear?
Always follow the care label. As a general guide, wash similar colours together, avoid fabric softeners on performance pieces and air dry where possible to maintain shape and performance.
Do you offer repairs?
We don’t currently offer a repairs service. If you experience a manufacturing fault, contact us and we’ll assess the best solution.
PAYMENTS, PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and popular digital wallets shown at checkout.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are delivered by email. Please note gift cards are not returnable.

What should I do with items I no longer wear?
We encourage repair, reuse and responsible donation/recycling locally. We’re exploring second‑life options watch this space.
