We started Koi because we believed the game could be more open, more social, and a lot more fun and this is our first shot at proving it. On Saturday 13th June, we're bringing together golfers of every ability for a nine-hole better ball event that's less about who wins and more about how the day feels. There are no champions here. No podium, no pressure. Just good golf, good people, and the kind of afternoon that reminds you why you picked up a club in the first place.
We'll have a raffle on the day with some brilliant prizes from brands we love and we're not done yet. We'll be announcing more partnerships and surprises over the coming weeks, so keep an eye on your inbox.
After the event we're heading to Siren Craft Brew in Central Reading to keep the evening going. Come for the golf, stay for however long feels right there's no obligation to drink, but if great beer and good company sounds like the perfect end to a Saturday, you already know where we'll be.

Siren Craft Brewery will be on site throughout the afternoon, giving out free samples as you play. If you haven't tried their beer before, you're in for a treat and if you have, you already know.
Playing for Prostate Cancer UK.
We will be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK on the day; The charity funding research and support for the 1 in 8 men diagnosed in their lifetime. Golf has always been a sport that brings people together. This time we're making that count.
FAQ.
Do I need to come with a group?
Not at all. We'll pair everyone into teams on the day, if attending solo or in two balls. You'll know your teammates before you arrive.
What's the format?
Better ball. You and a partner, playing as a team, with the lowest score between you counting on each hole. No one carries the round alone. Over nine holes, it's the format that creates the most moments, the most comebacks, and the most reasons to celebrate a shot that isn't even yours.
What's included in the ticket?
Green fees, a Koi welcome pack, free beer samples from Siren Craft Brew. Just bring your clubs and show up. We would love to see people in Koi gear :)
What handicap do I need?
None. We'll ask for a rough skill level at checkout so we can pair groups fairly but this isn't a serious competition. It's a day out.
Will there be Koi product available on the day?
Yes, we'll have a small selection of apparel and accessories available to browse and buy. No pressure, just there if you want it.
